ABOUT

I enlisted in the United States Marine Corps immediately after graduating high school and completed USMC boot camp prior to my eighteenth birthday (photos below).

I’ve spent my entire career working in the housing and construction industries.

I am very familiar with real estate sales, real estate finance, real estate closings, title abstract & examination, title commitments and title insurance policies, title & escrow closings, real estate development, new home construction and property management.  In addition I possess more than 10 years of experience as a title examiner (residential & commercial) and am very familiar with RESPA, TILA, Regulation Z, UCC, FDCPA, FCRA, HOEPA, HARP, HAMP, HOPE, etc. etc.

I have been an advocate for consumer rights and protection for many years and am interested in helping consumers avoid harm and losses when it comes to buying or selling real property and avoiding foreclosure.

  1. this sounds as bad as Ford credit, they are the worst crooks in the lending market, with 3rd party collection companies(scum) and judges who can’t spell law, they get away with anything they want to. I recently has a judgement awarded against me from a credit card company with no evidence, no assignment, a proven false affidavit, and printed copies of invoices that were proven to be false, and sent from the wrong location. Its getting real stupid.

  2. Hey,

Just ran into this – wonder if there’s a connection between Wells Fargo, Lehman, Stewart Title beginning even before a loan is closed, just seems so similar – MERS is the alter-ego of anyone they choose? (Stewart Title Guaranty Co. uses WELLS FARGO BANK, NA to get interest-free money from MEXICO real estate Corporations? ABA 121000248, Acct 4030000772, Beneficiary Stewart Information International, Inc)??

Could this be happening again, but with Title Companies involved with this fraudclosure scheme? Banks using defunct alter-egos to collect insurance and also foreclose; mortgages this time instead of junk bonds?? Dual accounting?
